First and ALWAYS human...

Achieve balance with a human-first approach

Because that’s what you are, first and foremost. HUMAN.

You can’t change it.

You can’t ignore it. Well...not for long.

Human limits are not your weaknesses. They’re the clearest measure of your reach.

When you honor that, you start choosing your battles more wisely.

You stop trying to stretch the nonnegotiables (like time, rest, or energy), and you start seeing your qualities, your traits as a biological being, as a person. Yes, all that you ignored in your quest to be superhuman!

And lo and behold that's your first toolset!

It may not look like what you wanted or imagined but that is reality.

That's where you start. It's yours.

It can stay locked away rusting and gathering dust or you can start using your tools, polishing them, upgrading, improving, innovating and also taking advantage of those that are uniquely yours. See, we all have those. (wink)

And then you start looking at others through the same lens and you realize that they have the tools you're missing, and you have some they need.

And asking for help is not a weakness anymore, it is the smartest strategical move one can make - Ta daaaaa!

That's when delegation, teamwork and recruiting support falls in seamlessly: when we all embrace and take care of our toolboxes and we borrow from others when we have to.

No more unrealistic expectations. No more preventable disappointments or conflicts. Just a little more clarity, compassion, and shared sanity.

Visuals:)

Why buy the compactor and learn to operate it for your driveway when George already has one and for a fair exchange, he will do the job in a jiffy?

Djokovic might win Wimbledons but he has a coach. Does it mean that coach could also win it? Most likely not. Is that coach a failed Wimbledonian? No. Should they try to get there? I think they already know they don't have that tool.Their tools are for helping others get there.

And Djokovic (Federer, Nadal, Raducanu, Williams, and for you baby boomers out there Graf, Navratilova, Evert, Connors) cannot achieve glory without the tools their coach has. See?

Relax. You’re human.

Now grab your tools and get outhere! You are needed. For who you are.
