About me

Life & Leadership Coach
with a background in
Operational Leadership

After almost two decades at sea - in 24/7 high-pressure environments, leading cross functional international teams - I am convinced that if you want a long and happy life, you must be aware of all the costs to you and negotiate smartly, with others and mostly with yourself.

I will help you negotiate better.

How I Help My Clients

As a life and leadership coach and an experienced leader myself, I support professionals facing burnout, work-life imbalance, low confidence, imposter syndrome, and the feeling of being stuck.

My work helps clients rebuild clarity, confidence, motivation, and direction while overcoming stress, overwhelm, and career stagnation.

Psychologist's Office

Working daily with clients from different backgrounds, I see that performance and success, in work AND daily life, are often:

  • selective storytelling - results without disclosing costs to individuals

  • glorified suffering and self-neglect - I was so busy I didn't even go to the toilet/ have lunch yet!

  • ignoring of human limits and needs - I'll sleep another time

  • performance as the basis of self-worth - I am not as good as X, what are my chances to be successful...

  • idealization of rare or extreme excellence, opportunities or potential - If X did it then so can anyone else

We pursue perfection

Did you ever meet someone who is perfect at everything they do all the time??

You've met or heard of people who were exceptionally good at SOME things or some of the time. But not at EVERYTHING and not ALL the time!

That tells me two things:

  1.  Super-humans don't exist

  2.  We are each potentially exceptional in our uniqueness

Earth and Space

Is this you?

  • You continuously fail at being SUPERHUMAN

  • You are trying to be exceptional whilst focusing on fitting in, ignoring or despising your uniqueness.

...Life must be quite tough by now...

When you begin working with who you actually are, not against it, you already have a priceless resource, and things start to simply fall into place.

Children Dressed Superhero

...behold THE HUMAN!
(we make our own capes:))

I failed at being superhuman. That's where my journey started and I made it my mission to help others reset or build on stronger grounds.

1. I AM HUMAN...

This is ground zero.

Understand.

Accept. Value. Protect. Nourish. Optimize.

2. I am uniquely ME

Discover.

Accept. Value. Protect. Nourish. Optimize.
